As a Registered Dietitian I am focused on the nutritional aspect of your health, which is so embedded in our lives today. Food is such a personal thing it’s almost as off-limits in conversation as religion and politics. Eating for health has become confusing and overwhelming making it difficult to properly plan and care for your body in the best way possible.

It’s like you need multiple degrees *wink, wink* just to figure it all out. Which is silly because it’s just food, right? Between advertising, documentaries, the internet and well, Dr. Oz, there are many contradictions. Who knows the truth?
After completing my biochemistry degree, I was attracted to the dietitian profession because it trains in truth and scientifically proven facts of nature that can help us live a healthy life.
